There are always ways to increase sales and profit in your Convenience or Forecourt outlet. We share our top tips that you should work on in order to get the most out of your store and the space within it.

  1. Know what your top sellers are

It sounds obvious – but make sure you know what your top sellers are within your store and the profit you make on each sale – and ensure your top sellers are merchandised in the right way so that they a visible to the consumer as they walk through the store. If you’re not sure how best to merchandise certain products then speak to the supplier and ask them – they should be able to suggest where best to place the top sellers .
